Customs Bond

U.S. Customs and Border Protections requires a Customs Bond for all entries. The bond acts as an insurance between the importer and U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

There are two types of Customs Bonds:

(a) Single Transaction Bond (valid for one-time shipment only);

(b) Continuous Bond (valid for one year)
